Hello followers and readers of the Stilingue Blog of Brazil! Exceptionally, this post will be trilingual. Let's do it!
Also this week the thing caught fire on social networks! The reason was the organization of the sling in Brazil and its representative entities.
We know that most countries such as North America, Europe, and Asia, the sling is practiced as a professional sport, and has many clubs, federations and confederations, very strong in these countries.
We know that most countries such as North America, Europe, and Asia, the sling is practiced as a professional sport, and has many clubs, federations and confederations, very strong in these countries.
After all, does the Brazilian slingshot have or do not have representative entities, such as clubs, federations and confederations?
Well; in research on the internet we find that Brazil has even confederation of slingshot! Does it really? Some say yes, and a lot of people say no.
Talking with some people involved in the sling world, more precisely in the sling world as a sporting modality, we find that in Brazil there are not even legalized sling clubs in Brazil, and that the first clubs are being founded and legalized now, Grupo Mafrense de Estilingue Esportivo, SC, Grupo Bertioguense de Estilingue Esportivo, SP, and the Sporting Estilingue Group of Florianópolis, SC, the rest are informal groups that have only the name but have no personality legal basis.
Then you ask, but what about federations and confederations, do they exist in Brazil or do they not exist? According to the report of people clarified in the subject, the organization of any sport, one must start with the creation and legalization of the clubs of each modality, with the legalized clubs, the presidents of the clubs is who will take the first steps so that they are created and legalized sports leagues, federations and confederation. According to these enlightened people, the whole process of sports organization must always start with the clubs, and in the case of the sling it is not different, and it is only after founding the clubs that there is a need for a sport organization at the state level. presidents of these clubs, will establish the federations in the states, it is these federations that will make the integration of the clubs of each state, and will standardize the sling at the state level. If there is a need to organize the sling at the national level and integrate the sling into other countries, the presidents of the federations of the states will establish the Brazilian sling confederation.
I know you're going to ask, but the federations and the sling confederation they say exist in Brazil. Very well when we heard that Brazil had federation and confederation of slingshot, we did a research in Google, and we discovered first such a CBE, located in a city of the state of Mato Grosso.
That researching with government agencies we found that it is only an association founded by individuals, or is it as if it were a club, which congregates physical persons, has CNPJ, but the CNPJ is INAPTO, that is, this entity is no longer active , due to some internal problems, and can no longer act, promote events and etc and such. According to some reports, this CBE, when apt, had the status of a sports association, or club, but did not have the status of confederation.
Speaking of federation, we did the same research on Google and discovered this entity called FPE, which is located in the interior of São Paulo.
We did the research with the IRS and found that it is totally informal, that is, it does not have a CNPJ, and we believe that neither status it should have, so it does not represent anything. From what we saw in her Fan Page on Facebook, this FPE even went so far as to hold a championship in the interior of São Paulo, but that's not what it was.
These are also two other supposed informal slingshot federations that do not represent the modality, simply because there are no clubs formalized in the state of Minas Gerais and Amapá, and if there are no minimum number of clubs legalized in the states as determined by the sports legislation, obviously, there can not be a legitimate federation, if these supposed federations have CNPJ, they must have been legalized as private associations, but do not have the status of federation, and therefore are illegitimate federations that do not have the recognition of the Sports Ministry, National Sports Council.
In short, the slingshot in Brazil has no entity that represents it in cities, states, Brazil or abroad.
As they told us this week he hears the biggest kick in a certain group in social networks because of these Fakes entities, some members of the group were defending the supposed president of these entities, and other members were against, because they want to do everything in the right time and way to do it.
We here in the Stilingue of Brazil support all lawful actions to elevate the name of the Brazilian slingshot to the standards of the countries of North America, Europe and Asia. But everything must be done in an orderly and conscious way, and everything in its own time.
At the moment the priority is the slingers decide what they want to do so that the sport grows in the country, reaching the same level in our American friends, Spaniards, Italians and Chinese.
We'll get back to that in other posts, so let's try talking to someone who understands the subject well.
Until the next!
